2014 Summer 5% Challenge Strategize

List your reasons/excuses on why your lifestyle (diet and exercise) plans have not been well executed in the past. Give 3 or 4 reasons and a strategy for each that will keep you on track for 8 weeks.

1. Have done to much of an exercise, which would cause my fibromyalgia to flare up.
I will take it slowly and listen to my body more and only increase as I have gotten used to doing certain exercises.

2. A team I am in used to post challenges each week and would occasionally not have a challenge for a week, and I had been doing them and would not exercise on the week they didn't post one. Then suddenly the weekly challenges stopped being posted, so I stopped doing that type of exercise.
I will now come up with and do my own exercises. Slowly adding more exercises to keep things from getting boring.

3. At one time I had been exercising regularly, but then suddenly stopped when I had started gong to a career school.
I will now make plans or reschedule my days to fit exercise in, even if I can only do a little bit at different times through out the day.

    Good Plan, to listen to your body. I like that you were motivated by the Challenges set by your Team. OH WE will have Challenges!! There WILL BE Challenges. Last time we did Stretching, and it really took an effort to add it in, when mostly I do aerobics,(walking).
    But when I do some of my old Pilates stretches, what a difference they make!!
    I am pretty sure, we'll be adding Stretching this time around again, and it will be worth it.
    It's great to know you are planning to fit your Exercise into your Schedule. So much BETTER than leaving it as an afterthought.
    We can all do or add something to our days to get the Momentum going,
    And then one day we find, we have become UNSTOPPABLE !!
