2014 Summer 5% Challenge Strategize

List your reasons/excuses on why your lifestyle (diet and exercise) plans have not been well executed in the past. Give 3 or 4 reasons and a strategy for each that will keep you on track for 8 weeks.
1. Have done to much of an exercise, which would cause my fibromyalgia to flare up.
I will take it slowly and listen to my body more and only increase as I have gotten used to doing certain exercises.
2. A team I am in used to post challenges each week and would occasionally not have a challenge for a week, and I had been doing them and would not exercise on the week they didn't post one. Then suddenly the weekly challenges stopped being posted, so I stopped doing that type of exercise.
I will now come up with and do my own exercises. Slowly adding more exercises to keep things from getting boring.
3. At one time I had been exercising regularly, but then suddenly stopped when I had started gong to a career school.
I will now make plans or reschedule my days to fit exercise in, even if I can only do a little bit at different times through out the day.
