Day 2 of 100 Days to a New & Healthier ME

I made it through day two! Okay so I know that the first few days we all have a sort of excitement that keeps us going for a bit. The real test will be a few days down the road when the excitement wears off.
Today, I tracked all my food!!
I exercised by doing some dancing and some ST.
Yeah let's just say that I got a really good view of how out of shape I have gotten. I am not letting it get to me. I know that this is a temporary place and that it will get better with every workout.
I feel really good that I got things rolling and that I am on track. The scale is moving in the right direction and I have a plan in place. Booyah!
I could sit back and whine about how I can't do certain things or that some days I have to do my dancing sitting down but at least I am doing it! I have to keep that in mind. The important thing is to move and move as much as I can. It isn't a competition with everyone else. It is MY journey to get healthy. I have to do what I can do and what works for me.
I am looking to break out of the 340's this week. I am getting so close to my first goal that I can't wait! I won't let it mess with my head though. I have to focus on one day at a time. I won't let the scale jerk me around. I will keep my eyes wide open for those NSV's and share them with you all.
Tomorrow I need to drink more water.
I am going to shoot for 12 glasses. I will let you all know if I got it done.
Well, I am gonna get off here and take some ME time!
