Why did I let it come to this?!??!

Friday, June 27, 2014

So as some of you know I got married on the 6th of June. Usually when you are looking at all the pictures you are happy to look at that day again. As I was looking threw our wedding pictures I started to cry and became so severely depressed for days. Omg I could not believe what I saw! Who was that cow in the wedding dress, it sounds stupid but I had not realized I got so HUGE! That was not what I seen in the mirror everyday and I was horrified. My husband told me but you've lost 35 pounds, which to know that I was bigger was even worse. It was a wake up call. And One that will stay with me for a while. I am back doing roca labs and I am going to fix this. Every one says you weren't this way before your thyroid problems, well no I wasn't but I also was active as a teen and I ate better. I am not very active anymore and my diet is burger king 6-12 times a week. It's bad. So here's to roca labs, limited (1-2x a month) fast food, getting up and moving (5-6 days a week) & drinking more water. I got this; 160 pounds here I come!

It's so sad to not love your pictures but I hope you'll use it as a way to keep going - weddings are a beginning and a marker on a journey, you'll get where you're going in time :)
