Day 6 of 100 Days to a New & Healthier ME

I have the end of the first week in sight!

Let's get right to the business of this thing!~

I realized that I didn't put my beginning weight on the first day. On Day 1 I weighed 342.4 so going forward, I will post my previous weight, current weight and how much gained/lost for the week and then an overall total.

So far I am doing well. I am glad that I decided to do this challenge. I wasn't sure if I wanted to do it or not. I have never gone very many days in a row blogging so thinking about blogging 100 days in a row was a big factor.

Tomorrow (well now it is today since it is now after 12) I will officially be ending the first week. Not that I am any where close to the end of the challenge but I do feel that it is helping me stay focused.

One thing I can tell you is that if you are struggling to stick with it or you need accountability, set your goals, post them in a blog and then commit to sharing the results along the way. It doesn't have to be 100 days just pick your time period and get started.

For those who don't blog, you don't have to have some special topic to talk about. You can just post your plan and your results. Give it a try. You might find it very helpful.
