Not a complete MIA

Just wanted to stop by and leave a Hi to all my fariends here on SP. I have been having a very busy couple of months and found that I was spending more time on SP and neglecting some of my other activities. I am still applying all that I have learned here and am able to maintain my healthy weight and am much more active this year. I feel as though I am able to accomplish much more now than previously in other years and am feeling happy about my current lifestyle changes that are working out for me now that I have learned the tools I needed. I'm just two weeks away from participating in my first ever 5K and I think I'm as ready as I will ever be. I'll report back here after I have completed the run to share how that experience was for me once it's completed. This is one goal I am really looking forward to completing since it's probably the first time I've done anything so physically demanding since I crushed my disk when I was 23. Wish me luck and chat with you all again soon.
