Today I am beginning my adventure to a healthy life. I will commit to walk/jogging 3o minutes every day, 6 days a week. In addition, I will do other exercises to increase my metabolism.
Today, my weight is the highest it has ever been and it is time to take life by the head and heart and change my lifestyle.
I will be happier and therefore, so will the people around me.
