For me "health" means you are living without pain. Also, you are able to participate in activities you enjoy. I have noticed that as I have aged what I consider healthy has changed. I never ever worried about what I ate or how much I exercised. I never gained a pound. Now if I don't watched every bite and exercise all the time I gain weight immediately. So, I ask myself am I still healthy just because I weigh more than I use to?
