What was good about yesterday?

Lots of water.

Lots of sleep.

No snacking.

Simple, good, nutritious foods. Even the 'naughty' pudding we had was a sliver of homemade cake, strawberries and sorbet!

No booze.

Plenty of relaxation!

(I'm going to reflect on each day from now on, and accentuate the positive!)
