What was good about yesterday?

Even though I indulged in a couple of naughtier items when eating out, my portion control was totally on point.

I drank a *lot* of water.

Good, solid rest and sleep.

I feel like I'm starting to tone up a little.

Here's hoping today is even better.

    I too have kept up with things better today but still not written down my targets.
    However I have written down all my food intake today, thank fully.
