I had a decent week. I got out and walked a few times, and tried to be more diligent about watching what I ate. Not perfect, but doing better.

Todays WW meeting focused on planning. The real "losers" you run into are excellent planners. They do not have success by good luck! This is my most challenging area because I am always running, always on the fly, and always distracted!!! (4 kids will do that to you!) Although it is challenging for me, I have had a lot of success in the past when I made it a goal of mine and tried to get better at it. Not perfection- just trying harder!

We shared ideas for snacks that were tasty and healthy and low "points" values. I enjoyed listening to people's ideas because it reminded me that I can be creative and eat some really great food all while staying on plan. There is so much good food out there- and so much of it is healthy!

I plan to walk more this week and to track my foods. My leader wants to go over the week with me before the meeting next week, and I am looking forward to it. Although I really do know what to do (and not do) in order to have success, it is nice to have another set of eyes reviewing things with me and helping me along.

I am focusing on the things I do.....and am hopeful that by doing more of the right things, my body will follow and get healthier! That's the plan!
