Down Another

Woo hoo! I've lost another pound. That's 3 total. ;o)

I haven't joined the Y yet, but I am a member of the fitness center here at work. My daughter really likes going to the Y, but doing my walking during the day works better for me. There is no reason I can't get 30-45 mins of walking in every day, even if its broken up into pieces.

So that's been my plan this week. I walked a bit at lunch Tues. and then more after work that night. Did/doing the same today.

I am not motivated to do a whole lot on my day off though. I have to make myself get up and go walking first thing in the morning!!
