Wow didn't know that it's been so long since I've last wrote on here. I've officially "quit" WW again. It's not because it's not working it's because I'm not making the effort to do what needs to be done. It's time for a drastic measure. As of Sunday I am going to start "juicing" more like smoothies since I wanna still get the fiber and all the goods that come from the vegetables and fruit but after a long discussion with some great friends of mine who are Vegan and very spiritual I've decided my body needs a nice long vacation from any kind of processed food. This will be really the longest I've gone without meat (I'm not becoming a vegetarian) I just want to detoxify my body and start eating WAY more whole foods to the point I wanna eat ONLY whole foods. I don't want the scale or to be having to watch my points on WW I wanna be able to eat and live right without constantly worrying about my weight. Not that I'm not going to or don't want to lose weight I'm just tired of feeling tired. So by doing this not only will weight loss be a benefit but I'll re-adjust my taste buds and purify my body so that it's ready to crave the healthy foods and not just the overly processed ones. I know that I will be keeping up with my calorie intake to at least make sure that I am getting all the calories that I need a day so I stay at a healthy amount while getting healthier. I can't wait to begin this journey and hope that you'll follow me as I'm gonna need as much support as I can get from all you guys!
