starting over... day 1

I have not worked out since july 19th and managed to stay at 226. Today how ever I did start exercising again.I put in 20 minutes of pilates and a 53 minute walk. I might try to fit yoga in before work. I am really glad I decided to restart my journey.
Some of you are probably thinking why did I give up... I didn't give up was just trying to balance work, being a mom, and working out. I think I have it pretty much figured out. If I work out after work on the days I'm working 615-245 and work out before work on my pm shifts. Plus at work I'm constantly walking ( I won't be counting that).
