day 3 of starting over

This starting over sucks I can't seem to shake the sadness I have about starting over. I keep putting myself down. like last night for instance I didn't do anything because I was in so much pain. I want to keep moving foward and see where this journey takes me but at the same time I feel like I'm going to slip up again.

My little goal list....
1. walk 5 miles a week.
2. lose my first 20 pounds.

my long term goal.
1. be 150
2. be healthy.

I will get there one step at a time and when I lose weight I treat myself to a spark goodie.

    I figure on this healthy lifestyle journey we ALL hit bumps in the road (heck, I've wandered off the road ENTIRELY before!). The IMPORTANT thing is that we pick ourselves back up and continue to head in the right direction. It sounds like that's EXACTLY what you're doing. Setting goals for your journey is a great way to start, and your goal of walking 5 miles/week is something YOU actually have control over. Know there are lots of us right alongside you, cheering you on!
