Naughty Days.....

I have been changing my lifestyle for the past 14 weeks. This past week I decided to try something new. While I don't eat the same things everyday, I tend to choose from a variety of calorie friendly favorites. I have decided that I am going to track nutritional information on days that I eat slightly off program. "Naughty" days get tracked so I can see exactly what I've done. I feel that I have been too obsessive tracking (I eat my dinner at the computer and track what I've eaten for the day. I am now eating away from the computer and only tracking days that could result in weight related issues. I am tracking fitness/exercise everyday as I still want that daily accountability. I have noticed, however, that exercise sessions are no longer becoming a chore and are something I look forward to. Maybe that means that I finally am changing my lifestyle. Excuse me for boasting, but I am increasingly proud of my determination and progress.
