Another busy week and some goals for the week

This week is my last full week off before I go back to school. I'm kinda sad because it's my last week, but I'm also excited because it's my last year of school before I graduate.
It's going to be another busy week between appointments and my daughters band practice and work. My calendar is booked pretty solid this week. Today I'm trying to get stuff done around here so it won't be as bad during the week. On a good note, we found a new mattress for my daughter and it will be delivered tomorrow.
My son is doing better each day. He still is limping around a little, but his therapy is helping with that.
I will admit that I have not been so good with eating this weekend. We went out for our anniversary and I had carrot cake (well worth every calorie!!) and a glass of wine and we had DQ last night (another weakness).
I ran last night and I found that I was going slower than I have all week. I'm not sure if it's because I usually work out in the morning, but it might be the reason. I'm not going to beat myself up over it. I'm hoping I will have a better run today.
Here are my goals for the week:
1. Lose at least 0.5 lbs (I'm convinced my eating this week will not help me lose any more!)
2. Run at least 8 miles total this week
3. Eat better foods (I have no junk food in the house)
4. Get all my stuff organized to go back to school
What are some of your goals? I'm finding that if I list them it really does help me be more conscious of things.
