Ok, Enough With the Feet Already

Did my foot stretches before, during, and after my walk. Had some pain. Not as much. Was able to pick up my pace towards the end of my walk. Feeling pretty good! Glad to be able to continue with my routine!!!!

So proud of myself for not giving up! Yea Me!!!!!!

    Glad to hear. Progress is progress, especially when it comes to comfort level during our lifestyle changes. I have five blisters right now! They aren't even new shoes! But we just keep going. Sometimes getting stronger biceps means getting stronger wrists first, etc.
    This is a big achievement. Well done to stick with it.
