Turns out getting married and having a minimoon packs on the pounds.
Back to 260, my heaviest ever.
Ready to make health and fitness a real focus. We are honeymooning next July and I'd love to be feeling fit and healthy for it, not worried about overheating, squishy plane seats or spindly chairs!
Each week I'm going to focus particularly on one element. For this week it is portions - I'm aiming to really get these sorted, so we don't derail ourselves!
