New tracking

This week I started using the tracker that adds calories to your allowed intake when you exercise. So, I am eating more then I usually would on this program. I was surprised to see 2 pounds gone this morning when I weighed in. I'm going to keep with this system and see if it continues to work or if it was just that I'm starting to workout again after several months of being unable to.
