Feet Are Not Failing Me Now....

Feet have been much better. About 5-10 min. into my walk they cramp, then I stretch them, and they are fine. Still little twinges her and there but much better. Now concentrating on getting my time faster to increase the distance walked. I am at 3.3 min in an hour. It's a process, just glad I am able to continue.
