90 Day Personal Challenge Start Over -- Day 1

I tried this over a year ago. Here I am again. I weigh more, am in poorer health, and way, way out of shape. I am going to do the 90 day challenge again. I am staring today, 8/18/2014. I will succeed this time. I have already done 5 minutes of workout (goal is 10, but not necessarily in one workout. I am too out of shape for that. My goal is to do 10 minutes in one workout by the end of Sept.
Just consistently posting daily will, I think, help me the most.
