90 Day Personal Challenge Start Over -- Day2

Okay, day 2 is way after it should be. I am going to continue from where I was on 8/18. I will count the 90 days from today, though. I have also joined the 5% challenge (5% of body weight lost). I will be doing it every month. In 12 months, I will be at my goal weight. At first that seemed daunting to me. I began to get discouraged. Then, I realized, that along the way I am losing weight. I will be smaller each month. That helped. I did a 12 month goal, from my starting weight of 228 lbs.

Goal 1: 217 (5% loss) Sept 30
Goal 2: 206 (5% loss) Oct 31
Goal 3: 196 (5% loss) Nov 30
Goal 4: 186 (5% loss) Dec 31
Goal 5: 177 (5% loss) Jan 31
Goal 6: 168 (5% loss) Feb 28
Goal 7: 160 (5% loss)) Mar 31
Goal 8: 152 (5% loss) Apr 30
Goal 9: 148 (5% loss) May 31
Goal 10: 141 (5% loss) June 30
Goal 11: 134 (5% loss) July 31
Goal 12: 127 (5% loss) Aug 31
