Day 4 of Low Sugar

End of day 4 of low sugar and am loving it. Thinking I will have to cut out the gluten free bread (don't have it often anyway) and also way down on potatoes, though I am already avoiding them. I can just feel the subtle shift in my mood when I have things that turn to sugar quickly. The only thing like that not affecting me is fruit. Fruit boosts my mood and energy, potatoes and gf bread, does the opposite.
This is more a note to self than anything
And oh, by the way if you have not tried freezing grapes yet.... wholly cow-- they are AWESOME!!!!
everyone in the house is raving about them now and I can't keep enough of them stashed in the fridge :)
