I worked from home yet again and I was pretty stressed out. I found that I was yelling at my laptop screen when I would get crazy emails or instant messages. I was feeling tempted to order something bad for lunch but I am happy to say I resisted. I followed my food schedule. I am having a nice salad for dinner tonight. I want to be healthier and make my ultimate goal this time. I feel so much better when I eat healthy. I did another mild workout today so I know I had another good day. That's three days in a row. Woohoo! It's one day at a time for me and today was a good day. The goal is to build up as many good days as I can in a row.
