6lb Loss For the Month - - - However I would be ecstatic if I lost more than that this month! Weight is up from Labor Day weekend & it's got to go, go, go!!!
60 minutes Strength & Resistance Training/6 Days a Week - - Arms on 2, Legs on 2 & Core/Back Focus on 2 Days - - Alternating between the 3!!! Bring on Fierce & Fabulous!!!
At least a 60 Minute Walk Outside With Maddox/5 days each week
15 Minutes of Daily Meditation, Mindfulness & Reflection - - The state of your life is a direct reflection of the state of your mind!!! Positive vibes ONLY, Loves!!!
Yoga 7 days a week - - Because it does the body good ;) ;) ;)
7 Freggies Daily - - At Minimum!!!
At least 25 grams Fiber & 100 grams of Protein/Daily
Keep Sodium in Check on at least 25 days this month
Vitamins in my Tummy on the Daily!!!
Read 5 'Grown-Up' Books This Month
Read Maddox 5 'Kiddie' Books/Daily
Pedicure & Haircut - - Enough Said!!
Motivational Messages for My Stellar Sparkies at least 3 times/Week
