September Challenge: First Scouting Report

Just a note: this blog probably won't make much sense if you didn't read my last post.
first week scouting report CARRENK
1. Food Log: did well Monday through Thursday, not so accurate on Friday or Saturday, got back on track Sunday. Stayed within calorie range on all five thoroughly tracked days.
2. Processed food: Did consume several frozen meals and some processed foods, but also avoided fast food even though I ate out twice this week.
3. Walk 3-6 x/week: Walked 5 of 7 days, and walked twice one day, so reached ceiling.
4. Improve form: Worked on keeping 90 degree angle at elbows, noticed less finger swelling post walk. Still hovering in 40 minute range, though did have one 37 minute walk.
5: Listened to "The Spark Solution" several days on walk.
6: Got new shoes but haven't taken them out of the box yet.
Overall evaluation: solid but not impressive start.
