GOALS~~WEEK 1~~A & I BSG "HARVEST MOON" CHALLENGE

Here are lists of the progress I have made, and the goals I am looking forward to make.
My progress for month of August:
1. I have lost a couple of pounds.
2. My eating has been healthier, and I have tracked my food everyday.
3. I increased my activity minutes..I have been biking more
4. I am still maintaining my cigarette daily amount..(still at 5 a day)
My goals for September:
1. To maintain my weight.
2. To keep up with healthy eating.
3. I would like to keep up with activity minutes but because of colder weather, I might not be able to..although I will try.
4. Either maintain same amount of smoking, or hopefully decrease by 1 (at least for a couple of times)
5. Try to do a better job of keeping in touch with friends.
