Restart and a Breather

Hi there Spark friends!!
Where have I been most of the year? Mostly keeping my head above water. Work took on a life of its own- the past months have been grueling to say the least. Long hours, weekends working. The company I work for sold and this was part of the process.
So where does this leave me?
After months and months of having zero time for myself, I am now taking a breather as we finish closing it out. My bosses want to switch me over to another company of theirs so thank GOD for that!! We'll see what happens but for now- right now I'm taking a breather and focusing on me. What does this mean?
NUTRITION: I did the Whole 30 and Paleo grudgingly (doctor endorsed) earlier this year and I hate these type of diet but I must say I had never felt better than when I was doing them. Eating clean- cleared up my sinus, took care of stomach issues, had more energy, slept better, cleared up my skin and helped with my anxiety. This all fell to the wayside when I got stressed and fell back on old habits- 5pm Cheetos and coke and drive by food binges.
Plan: Go back to Whole 30- on day 3 right now and going through the carb flu:)
EXERCISE: I still have the gym membership but they haven't seen much of me since Nov. of last year. I'll start slow, as much as I want to take back to back classes and go gung ho, my fitness level isn't where it was a few years back.
So off we go....I keep starting over but I guess it's better than giving up
