Yes. Yes, it does.
I'm working out, again- kinda/sorta. I'm on a path. I've taken up the 30 day Plank Challenge among the 30 Day Fitness Challenges listed online. I've also gotten on the Squat Challenge as a warm up to the plank. I'm doing a modified plank where my knees thru my toes are on the floor because I got a pretty ginormous headache when I tried to do a full plank. I still get some headaches, but not as bad and goes away when I figure the proper form.
What bugs me the most is SP's frikken CARB COUNTER! I can't match that no matter how hard I try! I'm not ready to reduce my carbs to your levels, so THERE! I'm doing good in nearly everything else. I could get a bit more protein in my diet, but I'm doing what I can.
THANK G*D I walk 3 miles a night, four nights a week! If it weren't for the Patrols I do, nightly, I don't know where I'd be.
Also, thank G*d I only need to do them 4x a week!
I'm feeling the changes from the squats and the plank and it's only been a few days, so far. I'm not sure I can do more for my diet, but I do my best. When I list the walking I do, my calorie consumption goes from just inside the line to I can't eat nearly enough! That looks nice, but feels harsh, especially with the carbs. My overall calories are low, but I still have the carbs to ease up on and I can't see it happening in the foreseeable future.
So there's ups and downs.
