So yesterday went really well! My 2 goals for the day were to eat within calorie range and to go for a run after work, and I did both of them!
Today's goals are:
Eat within calorie range
Do 45 minute circuit training at lunch (& wear HRM to track calories burned)
The workout will be easy for me since it is during lunch time at work, its just the staying in calorie range that might be a bit difficult since my track record proves that I have trouble on the weekends :) BUT I am going to STAY FOCUSED, especially because I know that tomorrow I will be consuming more calories than I should because we have friends coming over for drinks.
I'd also like to take the pups out for a walk after work. Maybe a nice hike somewhere? Just need to convince the hubs that this will be a good idea :)
