kind of coasting

This week, doing 5 sets of 25 situps, 5 sets of 15 pushups. 2 20 minute bike rides up and down the hilly neighborhood, 2 zumba classes, volunteering at the library. walking up and down the 4 flights of stairs in the parking garage and at the docs office about once every other week.
focusing on being positive. using the grateful journal to focus thoughts. keeping on the balance eating healthy and doing things that need to be done without resentment. Chores aren't so bad when you just finally do them.

    I'm kinda coasting today too. Had a rough week--way overloaded at work, not sleeping well, Today, I'm breaking my exercise streak, but at least I'm tracking everything else. Hoping to rest this weekend and get back on track starting tomorrow. Will do a few minutes tonight if I can. So exhausted! Awake at 3 something; not enough sleep and too much stress! So glad for SP to keep me motivated as much as possible.
