1. Did weight training then 60 min of cardio. I swapped out some of my eliptical time for treadmill time. Felt pretty awkward on the treadmill, so upped the incline to pretend I knew what I was doing.

2. Ate 1647 calories and 167 carb gms yesterday. This is 100 calories over on my calorie range, but at the lower end of the carb range. I am going to blame this on the second cup of soup I ate.

So not an angel, but no devil yet either.

    I am glad you have a better system that allows for more ST and the correct amount of cardio. I need to up my weight training but I usually start with the cardio and that wears me out so I do less. I plan to get heavier weightstoday so I can get more bang for my buck.
    I understand how odd it feels to use the treadmill. I haven't been on one in a long time and really need to avoid it. My back can't handle the high impact. I am too tempted to run instead ofg walking as the calories burned are too low.
