Days 9-15

Monday, September 15, 2014

I have been super busy!!! Softball practice for both girls plus field hockey for the older one, double header games on the weekends, birthday parties, 18 holes of golf in Manchester, VT, plus the beginning of the school year...I've definitely been keeping busy!

I am currently on day 15 of the 21 day fix....I've kept up with the eating plan pretty closely. I did have a piece of ice cream birthday cake the other day but just a sliver and not a big honking piece that I could have scarfed down. I've done all of the workouts plus I have hall duty during first period at school so I do a bunch of laps through the hallways. This week starts double workouts...it will be tough to get them both in because of the kids busy schedules but I will find a way!

I did sneak a weigh in and last Wednesday and lost 2 pounds. I didn't do measurements but am psyched that while shopping at Banana Republic I was able to find a super cute pair of bright yellow capris in a size 6 that actually fit perfectly. I saw them on the sale wrack and figured they wouldn't fit because I thought I was still hovering at an 8. My mom convinced me to try them on and they fit perfectly!

I have to remind myself that now since I don't have much more to lose it is going to come off slower and to be okay with that!

You are busy, but sounds like you are doing great!! Congrats on your weight loss too.
It does come off slower toward the end, but aren't you glad you are at the end instead of the beginning? emoticon
