Goals to the End of 2014

My goals forward to the end of this year are simple.
Follow the Good Nutrition Basics as closely as possible.
Do a cardio workout daily.
Go to Curves regularly.
Fit in ST videos (I love Spark's, they're short and convenient.)
Continue to read every night before going to sleep.
Enjoy my volunteer work, but don't let it over ride taking care of myself.
Maintain current weight.
No more than 1500 mg sodium daily.
