Life and Keeping Up

Wednesday, September 24, 2014

Lately I have been a little off track. I am still losing weight, but sometimes when life and stresses come barreling down it is hard to keep up with calorie counting and exercise programs.

Good things are on the horizon. I am getting married in just over a month. I am off again today to house hunt. Though it is a very exciting time it is also a bit nerve wracking! I am constantly making lists, or crunching numbers! Let me tell you, my brain is in overdrive and always racing...I am pretty sure I am starting to smell smoke! My stomach is staying in knots and I about three notches past exhausted.

When life is this busy how do you deal with it all and still keep your weight loss goals in the front with everything else? If I can figure that out I will have it made! Although I have slowed down I am still only 12 pounds from my halfway point! I remain proud of my accomplishments, and excited for the future!

By the way when all is done I am sleeping for a week!!!! :-)

What an exciting time for you!
Yes, it is stressful but for exciting and happy reasons.
You will get thru it and relax after it is all accomplished.

Keep the track in sight. If you go off the rails, steer back and continue on your journey!

    Congratulations on getting married!

It is okay to get a little off track. It is hard to constantly be ON track. If you are still losing, that means you are doing SOMETHING right and you can take a breath that you are. You will get back on track, and feel great about it.

You are close, you can do this!!!
