the gym

I cant wait to pay for my gym membership, i get paid tomorrow, so im really psyched about it. Ive also been looking up on what the best exercises are to do at the gym, strength wise. Im not really sure what to do actually, so i was thinking about asking you guys for suggestions on it. I need some for butt/thighs, chest, arms, core ( transverse abs, obliques, 6 pak abs). If you guys could give me a little advice on what to do, i can try it out and see what i like. :)

    Sorry, I thought I responded to this but I may have had some connection problems. I do a lot of planks - building up to ones where I take one arm up and cross it to the opposite shoulder and also picking up one leg - great core stuff. Also, lunges with a barbell across the shoulder for added challenge. Sit-ups with medicine ball. Push-ups, pull-ups on the Smith Machine (where you can raise/lower the bar). If they have a TRX - that is great for body weight exercises. Just some things. If I think of some more, I'll get back to you.

    I would look here at Sparks, especially the videos by Coach Nicole, she gives great information, form, modifications and advice. You will look emoticon in your "PUNK" outfit!
