Week 1 BLC 26

This past week has personally been one tough week. When I say that I mean overall. I am pleased to say the most enjoyable part of my week was being apart of something bigger than myself. It was so nice to be on a team.
Being in The Biggest Loser Challenge has been life changing. Honestly I was terrible at checking in with my team, but I did participate as much as I could. My goal this week is to try and post every day in our team chat. I had so much fun participating in all of the challenges and I feel so proud of myself. This past week is the most active I've been in a very long time.
I know in my last blog I had a small rant about how I felt my body plateaued, but I'm happy to say I got past it! I'm excited to share I have lost an additional three pounds for a total of FORTY FIVE POUNDS LOST OVERALL!!! Since joining the biggest loser I've lost SIX POUNDS. I weighed in at 291 lbs and weighed in today at 285 lbs. Before the BLC started my lowest was 288 lbs.
Looks like all that walking paid off!
To be honest I'm not sure what to expect with this next week. It's almost unreal to be where I'm at today. I can't imagine losing any more weight but I'm determined to. I want to. I hope to never stop. Well, you know what I mean.
