Oh, & Hello There, October - - - YOU are Looking FABULOUS, Darling!!!

I hope you're all having a lovely second day of my hands down, no questions about it, favorite month of the year, October!!! Anyone who knows me knows that I am a Fall kinda girl to the core!! I love Sundays spent curled up on the couch sporting a jersey, cold beer in hand, watching my Packers play!!! I am a HUGE Halloween person & get giddy just thinking about decorating for the occasion!!! I adore carving Pumpkins, going to Pumpkin Patches, rewarding myself with my beloved Pumpkin Pie Blizzards, haha, really just anything involving Pumpkins!!! Oh & of course I love the sound of crunching leaves beneath my pretty little tootsies :) :) :) Just talking about October makes my stomach do flip flops so needless to say I am ecstatic right now!!! PLUS, My honey & my Anniversary is on the 9th of October so please excuse my hyper active tendencies this time of year brings about - - You Know You Still Love Me, Craziness & All!! ;) ; ) ;)

emoticon 15 Minutes of Daily Meditation, Mindfulness & Reflection - - The state of your life is a direct reflection of the state of your mind!!! Positive vibes ONLY, Loves!!! - - - emoticon

emoticon Yoga 7 days a week - - Because it does the body good ;) ;) ;) - - - emoticon

emoticon 7 Freggies Daily - - At Minimum!!! - - - emoticon

emoticon At least 25 grams Fiber & 100 grams of Protein/Daily - - -28/30 Days!!!! Pretty Darn Good!! Not Perfect but I'll Take it:) :) :)

emoticon Keep Sodium in Check on at least 25 days this month - - - 21/25!!! Still Happy with This Because My Sissy Was Back For a Week & I did eat out almost every meal with her that week!!!

Well, there you have it people!! All in all September was a FABULOUS month & I know that October will ONLY be better & brighter as each day brings me one step closer to the BIG goal!!! Keep pushing for what you want, keep following your heart & keep believing in yourself & ALL of the AMAZINGNESS that is inside of you!! Take a moment to stop & just breathe in the sweet, sweet air, take a moment to stop & ponder the beauty that is right outside your doorstep & take a moment to stop & listen to the whirling wind as it whispers to the world that fall is here! Beauty & goodness is ALL around you - - All you have to do is open your heart & let it in!!!
