I have a busy upcoming weekend and planning for it definitely will help!
Friday- I will be getting my 5K done early in the day with the twins if the weather permits. If the weather doesn’t, I will be getting on the treadmill during a naptime or while the twins are occupied.
For breakfast I will eat:
A Gunkel’s bagel with coconut oil
For lunch I will eat:
A pizza on pita bread
For supper I will eat:
Tuna with light miracle whip on Gunkel’s toast with a vegetable
Saturday- I have a Thirty-One party in the morning. I will be sure to take something in the car with me, like an apple, for the hour long drive so I am not tempted to eat a ton when I am at the party. I will have some very limited snacks while there. Then I have a fundraiser event I am going to be a vendor at for about 4-5 hours. I will bring my water with me and also have some healthy snacks like string cheese. Our plans are to go out that night since my mom will have the kids. I will limit myself to a maximum of 2 drinks. For exercise I will try very hard to get up early and get a DVD workout in.
For breakfast I will eat:
Coffee with creamer and a piece of fruit
For lunch I will eat:
Tuna with light miracle whip on Gunkel’s toast with a vegetable
For dinner I will eat:
Subway 6 inch turkey ham on flatbread
Sunday- My mom, Aunt Gloria, the twins, and I will be going to Cranberry Fest. I will be sure to avoid all of the food! Afterwards I will be back at home. I will get in a walk outside with the twins if the weather permits or I will walk on the treadmill.
For breakfast I will eat:
A Gunkels bagel with coconut oil
For lunch I will eat:
Subway? (unsure of what time we will be at Cranberry Fest) or a salad
For dinner I will eat:
Chicken tenderloin and a vegetable
Monday- I am subbing in the morning for a half day. The rest of the afternoon I will spend at home with my family.
For breakfast I will eat:
Coffee with creamer and a Gunkel's bagel with coconut oil
For lunch I will eat:
Salad
For dinner I will eat:
Venison and a vegetable
I will track everything I eat daily.
I will drink at least 8 cups of water daily.
I will exercise for at least 20 minutes everyday this weekend.
I will post a NSV everyday.
