I've managed to be pretty disciplined about my diet. I can control what goes into my mouth. But when I go to my computer, my inbox is overflowing with messages. I had tried to control it with a "follow up" folder, but now that's overflowing.

I've had it on my computer for ages but never used it until now. I started because I have suddenly read a slew of articles from people who mentioned it and raved about it. So I decided to take the time to figure out how it works. It actually only took a couple of minutes to get the gist, then I started researching what I could do with it on YouTube. Who knew it was that useful?
I'm saving everything from pinned recipes to blog posts and webpages. No more bookmarks that I never return to, because I can tag everything and find it instantly. And it syncs between devices.
And best of all ... I am freeing up computer space! Just figured out how to forward my emails and PDFs to it too. I'm downsizing!
