having a lack of motivation

Im having some issues right now that i just cant get myself to want to get up and workout. Im having a lack of motivation. Im not sure if its because of the weather difference or if its because im just burnt out on everything going on with my life. Im not feeling depressed in any way im just feeling not motivated to workout, im also having cravings for things i shouldnt be eating. I find this all very annoying. Ugh, im not going to give up, im just having a few minor set backs.

    Trying a new exercise routine may help too. When I'm not motivated to do my usual work out, I skim through the spark videos until something catches my eye.

    You might try getting dressed to workout and just do 1 thing. You may find that once you begin, you feel more motivated to do more. Go for a short walk, try out one of the videos on Spark, or just do 10 jumping jacks to get moving. You can even play some music to move to. Make sure you reward yourself for working out!

    Those things happen, hopefully it will pass in a couple of days. Did you get your new gym clothes yet? Maybe that will help motivate you.
