having a lack of motivation

Im having some issues right now that i just cant get myself to want to get up and workout. Im having a lack of motivation. Im not sure if its because of the weather difference or if its because im just burnt out on everything going on with my life. Im not feeling depressed in any way im just feeling not motivated to workout, im also having cravings for things i shouldnt be eating. I find this all very annoying. Ugh, im not going to give up, im just having a few minor set backs.
