Breakfast: Gunkel's bagel with coconut oil
Lunch: Pizza on pita bread
Supper: Chicken tenderloin and green beans
---Thursday
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Chicken tenderloin and pear
Supper: Meatloaf with vegetable
---Friday
Breakfast: Gunkel's bagel with coconut oil
Lunch: Meatloaf with fruit
Supper: Walleye with mashed potatoes and green beans
---Saturday
Breakfast: Apple
Lunch: Chicken tenderloin with fruit
Supper: Subway 6 inch
---Sunday
Breakfast: Gunkel's bagel with coconut oil
Lunch: Grilled cheese and soup
Supper: Chicken patty with vegetable
---Monday
Breakfast: Apple
Lunch: Tuna on Gunkel's bread, string cheese, and yogurt
Supper: Barbeque and vegetable
---Tuesday
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Soup
Supper: Pork chop and vegetable
- Obstacles: Possibly going to the Zoo Boo with the twins on Saturday

- Act with consistency and determination by making healthy food choices and tracking nutrition!

- Hurdles from last week: Ate horribly and didn't exercise hardly at all due to being frustrated. I made two changes in my life to tackle the two things that were truly hurting my weigh loss journey. I am looking forward to a new week in which I will be eating better, exercising more, and accomplishing my goals!

- Goals: Track everything I eat everyday, get in my 9 cups of water daily, get at least 20 minutes of exercise in 5 days a week, lose 1-2 lbs this week, and celebrate ME!

- Execute: Get back to doing the BBMC workouts!

    Mmm,Looks like some YUM & healthy eats!!! :) And whew, I hear you. I feel so "proud" (lol) when I successfully track the entire day! I've been dodging that a bit...ok, a lot! haha. I'm trying to change up my eating style to how I was eating 1/2 year back (small meals/snacks throughout day), it takes more time, prep...it seems or feels a bit more inconvinient, but better for my tummy (in all ways!) to eat small portions at a time. Today was really good, so yay! We celebrate all the good moments, choices and just label the rough ones as they are and make mental notes of what we can learn/learned...but we don't put *us* as a bad label. Nope nope! Cheering for you! Yay to healthy choices and celebrating loving on us! :) emoticon emoticon
