Getting back on track

Last summer was amazing, I was wearing shorts and tank tops something that I haven't done in a really long time. I was so focused and doing fantastic. I let stress take me down and the most ridiculous thing about it was that I was stressed over purchasing a gym. I gave up paying for my gym membership when we were suppose to purchase this gym. Well it went on for a few months of negotiations and eventually a no-go on the gym. So no working out and stress. Nutrition was probably not as good as it had been previously but not really to bad. I gained back 6 lbs in like 5 months.
We did end up building a private gym in our garage and it's focused on strength training equipment. I have been using our gym for 5 weeks now and haven't loss a pound which made me realize I really need to get back on here and start tracking my nutrition again. I am mostly doing strength training and not much cardio at all. Today I have decided I needed to through back in my workout routine the workout I love the most which is my Zumba. So now back in the gym, back on SparkPeople and doing my Zumba. Just got to get the nutrition back on track. One of the reasons I love sparkpeople because it helps me to know that I am eating crappy.
