Completed Week 2 of P90X Lean Version & Into Week 3 Progress Report

On September 30th, I began the 2nd week of my P90X Lean Version. I did very well doing every day consistently. I felt stronger and felt like I did a little more this week than I did the week before.
Monday, the 6th of October came, and that was the day of Stretch X or Rest. We had a golf date with our friends, so I opted for the Rest and played golf instead. But I had a terrible day of golf:( I had not played 18 holes of my own ball since July, and feeling the second week of P90X, I just did not have a good day. In fact, that evening, my body ached and I felt like I had fever....the inside of my eyelids felt hot and stingy, and I just went to bed.
In fact, the next morning, I still felt wiped out, so I took that day off too. I had my last golf lesson that night, and the horrible golf continued. Wednesday morning, was our ladies golf league, so I had more golf, but it was better.
So Thursday, I resumed with Core Synergistics, Friday was Plyo X, Saturday was golf, and today was Shoulders and Arms. So I am back on track and keeping my routine. :)
I don't know if I was just doing too much, or what. I know that whenever I am getting into a new exercise routine, or have been off for a while, and am starting over, I always have this little thing during that second week.... My body just aches, and I feel like I have fever, and I just want to quit. Sometimes I am able to push through it, and sometimes I'm not able to. This past week, there was a lot of golf going on, and I just couldn't do both.
But I made sure, that I got right back into my routine. I found I was able to do more of the jumps in the Plyo disk, and was able to go up to 8 lbs in the curls today.
So I felt a little bump in the road, or a little obstacle going on there in week 3, but I feel I have worked through it, and will be able to continue. I know there will be some days that will be effected by my golf schedule, but I will do the best that I can to make it work out.
I've still been doing the green smoothies, but I have to do better with my evening meal. I've had a few days in a row of being a slacker there, but will get my focus back on track, and get this in control. I'm 7 pounds away from my goal weight, and I really, really want to get there!!!!
