Going into Week 4 P90X Lean Version

Day 1 - Yoga X
Day 2 - Core Synergistics
Day 3 - Kenpo X
Day 4 - X Stretch
Day 5 - Cardio X
Day 6 - Yoga X
Day 7 - Rest or X Stretch
I almost forgot to look at the schedule for this week, and I did Core Synergistics today, but I will do Yoga tomorrow, so I can get this mix up mixed up!
Last week was a good week as far as the workouts, and I have been very diligent and dedicated to the program. My only exceptions are the days that we have golf. My weight has gone down a couple of pounds, and I'm looking forward to doing more. I cut my hair, (a picture maybe), and I already know that I'm going to go even shorter (Sharon Stone shorter), and that will be my reward for losing the next 5 pounds.
I am feeling good, and stronger, and have already had to increase my weights for my curls, and I'm feeling ready to go up to 8 lbs for the others. I've hesitated because of my shoulder, but if it's too much, I can always reduce it back. But I feel like I can do it.
Anyway, it's been another good week, and looking forward to working hard on week 4!
