Last week of 21 Day Fix

Starting my last week of 21 Day fix...second round. I need to push myself this week to try the double workouts suggested. I didn't do it the first round but I want to push myself. This program has truly changed my life! I never thought a challenge group focused on weight loss, eating right, and motivation would have such an impact on my emotional and spiritual growth. I have realized that my journey is about me but it is also about the ability to help inspire and motivate others in the process as well.
