Well- I am here and not giving up-it appears!
I've been faithful with tracking my calories. But, I haven't been so good at walking and exercising consistently.
I've dropped the ball on more days than not at staying within the allowed caloric range.
However, I am definitely eating healthier by adding greater amounts of nutritious vegetables and fruits. Monitoring my foods has helped me think twice about what is going into my mouth and how much of it will enter through!
My clothes are beginning to feel a tiny bit looser, but I have not made my goal of losing 2 pounds a week. I want to be at least 18 pounds lighter by Dec. 21.
Perhaps, I will start making the progress I need to this new week.
