I had a doctor's appointment on Friday for sinus infection and a cold. I got a nasty shock when I got on the scales.
Since my surgery in July, I haven't been able to exercise like I had gotten into the habit of doing. I topped the scales at 178. That's a 29 BMI!! SO... It is time to start over and get the weight off again.
Never give up and never quit trying, right?? That is the main thing I've learned over the past 3 years with SparkPeople. I have gotten into the habit of snacking on fruits and veggies instead of eating meals. It's time to buckle down and eat right again. When I was walking up to 2 miles a day, snacking was a necessity for energy. That isn't the case now since I am still lucky to walk 100 feet without getting winded. ...When oh when will I get used to diminished lung capacity?...
