Let's get going again.

Clearly it's been a long time since I've been active on Spark. Last entry was 6 years ago! Time has been flying by. I have been active since then in real life just not here. I've just felt my workouts and training has lost focus in the last couple of years. With a new(ish) baby and the responsibilities of life have taken over it has become increasingly difficult to stay focused on being healthy.
As of November 1 I have set some new goals and hope to get back on the spark train to achieve them. Here we go...

1. No soda for November. They are empty calories and don't need them.
2. Get to the gym and work out at least twice a week.

These are my short term goals to get things started. I've got some longer term goals in mind but let's start simple.
