Sleep Goal

I am really bad at getting enough sleep - I would rather lie in bed and watch TV than sleep. I bought an activity monitor that also monitors your sleeping pattern. It provides info on how much sleep you get each night as well as how deep your sleep was - the quality of your sleep and how often during the night did you wake up even though you might not be aware that you woke up.
My results were very interesting. I evidently wake up a lot and even when I sleep it isn't very deep and I move around a lot. Now I am on a mission to get better sleep. My activity monitor really helped me track my exercise and improve my workouts. I'm hoping this sleep monitor will do the same for my sleep and I won't feel so tired all the time.
Now I just need to turn the TV off when I go to bed!
